3rd Wetherby Guides

 

3rd Wetherby Guides meet on a Tuesday night, 7.30pm-9.00pm at the Village Institute, opposite the Bay Horse Pub. Guides are for girls aged 10-14. Being a Guide is all about learning new skills, making your own decisions and having fun. Guides work towards Challenge badges, in total 4 over the 4 years. They also take part in Patrol GoForIts! E.g. Chocolate, Glamorama, Football, etc which all contribute to the Challenge badges.


 
The Leaders who run the pack are Sue Everard, Judith Nield and Vicky Sanderson.

 

 

4thWetherby Brownies

 

Brownies are for girls aged 7-10, and 4th Wetherby Brownies meet on a Monday night 6.30pm-7.30pm in the Village Institute.

 

Brownies join a small group within the pack called a six which is lead by Sixers and Seconders. The programme of activities is called the Brownie Adventure, and includes opportunities to take part in interest badges, crafts, district events, pack holidays and much more!


 
The Leaders who run the pack are Sian Tempest, Christine Warrington and Claire Rhodes.


 
2nd Wetherby Rainbows


Rainbows are for girls aged 5-7 and meet on a Tuesday night 5.45pm-6.45pm in the Village Institute. Rainbows play games, make crafts, sing songs, listen to stories and have fun as part of their programme called the Rainbow Jigsaw.


 
The leaders who run the pack are Denise Hall and Liz Kanabar.
